constatat nerespectarea de c\u0103tre Google a Regulamentului privind pie\u021bele digitale (DMA) pentru autofavorizarea propriilor servicii pe Google Search \u0219i pentru instituirea de restric\u021bii pentru \u00eentreprinderi \u00een vederea direc\u021bion\u0103rii consumatorilor c\u0103tre canale alternative, adesea mai ieftine, de achizi\u021bionare pe Google Play (directorizare). \u00cen acest sens, Comisia a aplicat Google o amend\u0103 de 460 de milioane EUR \u0219i, respectiv, o amend\u0103 de 430 de milioane EUR.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Google trebuie s\u0103 se conformeze deciziilor Comisiei \u00een termen de 60 de zile, \u00een caz contrar risc\u00e2nd penalit\u0103\u021bi cu titlu cominatoriu de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 5 % din cifra sa de afaceri total\u0103 la nivel mondial.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Comisia continu\u0103 s\u0103 colaboreze cu Google pentru a asigura respectarea deciziilor sale \u0219i a Regulamentului privind pie\u021bele digitale \u00een general.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">La calcularea amenzilor, Comisia a evaluat gravitatea, durata \u0219i recuren\u021ba \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103rilor \u0219i a concluzionat c\u0103 nivelul amenzilor impuse este propor\u021bional \u0219i adecvat.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Google poate decide s\u0103 conteste deciziile Comisiei.<\/div><\/div><div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak
